Chocolate Can Reduce Tired and Pain

Researchers from the University of Hull and Hull York Medical School in England to examine a group of patients with a poor health record, and reported in the Nutrition Journal. Persistent fatigue for six months can cause muscle pain, headaches, and decreased ability of memory.

Patients were eating dark chocolate as much as 15 grams three times daily for eight weeks, coupled with rest. This turned out to bring progress to their health records. Fatigue gradually reduced and no longer felt any pain.

Professor Steve Atkin, who led the research said, "This is potentially very encouraging news for those who suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome."

This is not surprising, because in a bar of dark chocolate contained a compound known to strengthen the signal to be brought to the brain to prevent the occurrence of chronic fatigue syndrome.
